My html skills are fairly basic and I'm rubbish at art and seign. Therefore, I don't want dreamweaver or Microsoft Expression Web. PLease recommend something much easier to use with lots of templates. In the old days, I loved to use HotMetal Pro but that has been discontinued

There is nothing more basic than Expression Web (formerly FrontPage) or Dreamweaver, Just because you do not know how to do advanced stuff doesn't mean you shouldn't use them
Dreamweaver is the best in my opinion. Anything more WYSIWYG than that probably looks like trash anyway

have you tried frontpage? it's from microsoft and is pretty good
